Our partner with many decades of experience is the only manufacturer to offer both densely woven and needlepoint felt products to the aluminum extrusion industry for higher & longer temperature periods. Products with excellent durability eliminate the scratches, dents and streaking commonly found with rigid carbon blocks. Along with superior heat resistance and wear life than aramid blended materials or comparable thickness carbon blocks, these products also possess a very low thermal conductivity, so it will not leave unacceptable “shadow spots” like carbon.
