Products with excellent durability eliminate the scratches, dents and streaking commonly found with rigid carbon blocks. Polyamide 66

Because of high thermal conductivity of aluminium, Polyamide 66 (PA66) used inside profiles acts as a heat barrier and reduce heat transfer. It has similar thermal expansion coefficient which gives same expansion with aluminium. Also, good thermal resistance (250° Celcius) ensures curing powder coating at 180 -200 C degrees.

XPS & EPS

Extruded polystyrene (XPS) is used for thermal insulation and can be manufactured according to TS 11989 – 1 EN 13164, holds the CE mark. Thermal conductivity is λ ≤ 0,035 W/mK. (at 10°C). Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is also good insulating agent and generally used for thermal insulation. Thermal conductivity is 0,030 < λ ≤ 0,039 W/mK. (at 10°C). Both are resistant to cleaning chemicals but sensitive to ultraviolet (UV) rays and should be protected from direct sunlight.

Rockwool & Glasswool

Rockwool – an inorganic, non-flammable raw material, which is produced through heating basalt and transforming it into fibres. Thermal conductivity is 0,035 ≤ λ ≤ 0,040 W/mK. (at 10°C). Glass wool – inorganic, non-flammable raw material, which is produced through heating silica sand and transforming it into fibres. Thermal conductivity is 0,031 ≤ λ ≤ 0,043 W/mK. (at 10°C). They can be manufactured in the forms of blanket, board, pipe or loose in different size and with different technical properties. Both are used for thermal insulation, waterproofing, acoustic comfort and fire safety.
